THQ Nordic Stays Away From Metro Exodus Controversy

THQ Nordic has decided not to meddle in their subdivision, Deep Silver, moving Metro Exodus to the Epic Games Store in a exclusivity deal.

They stated that it is entirely on Deep Silver’s side as “Metro is their intellectual property” and will not comment on this issue. But also says that they “definitely want to have players choose the platform of their liking and make our portfolio available to as many outlets as possible”. Perhaps hinting that this will be the first/last time this commotion will ever happen under them.

Even Steam has given a statement as well on the Metro Steam page, expressing disappointment on the issue:

But in any case, Metro Exodus looks to be an interesting Open-World game that could end the series in a great way. It will release on PS4, Xbox One and now Epic Store for PC on February 15.
