The New Red Dead Redemption II Trailer Revolves More Around The Story

and some rootin'-tootin' action, also, John Marston's back

The new Red Dead Redemption II trailer is out and is showcasing more of the story. We now got a definite time setting, 1899, which confirms this being a prequel to the first game’s events. There’s also more scenes of Arthur Morgan and the Van Der Linde gang- which also includes Red Dead Redemption’s protagonist John Marston- robbing and gunning down people and more voice acting, which sounds top-notch so far.

The gang led by Dutch is now on the run from federal agents and bounty hunters, an interesting scenario to see play out considering this is still an open world game, or so we have been led to believe.

Here’s the trailer:

Red Dead Redemption II is set for release on October 26 for the PS4 and Xbox One.
