Ubisoft is keeping Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 alive and well into its seventh year of live service with a new paid DLC, out now.
The Battle For Brooklyn DLC takes players back to New York, again, but this time in a new borough, and during a different time of the season. The linear campaign, playable either solo or co-op, will see Agents of the Division take on the Cleaners again, this time to stop them from threatening the peace in Brooklyn now that they’ve been producing Purple Flame.
The DLC has a 40-level boost so you can dive straight into the new campaign if you are starting fresh.
The Battle For Brooklyn DLC is now available for purchase.
For the rest of the playerbase, The Division 2 is kicking off a new season for year 7. This season, Crossroads, is designed to evoke some nostalgia to the original The Division, with Modifiers and Gear inspired by the 2014 game.
If you haven’t got into The Division 2 yet, now’s a good time to try out the RPG cover shooter. The game is 90% off on the Ubisoft Store and Steam for PC, and 75% off on Steam, and is now available on Game Pass. It won’t hit as poignant as when playing this game set in a fictional scenario where the US government collapse due to a pandemic during the pandemic, but it should still be a good time if you’re looking for an RPG with a tacticool aesthetic.
The Division 2 is out now on PS4, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect), and Xbox One.
