Asus Malaysia has now launched all of its Intel-powered gaming laptops in the country today, including the anticipated ROG Zephyrus Duo.
This is a new entry to the Zephyrus slim gaming laptop line, and is the most ridiculous of them yet. It has two screens. And look at the price, it starts at RM19,999.
The ROG Zephyrus Duo also has a 300Hz refresh rate monitor, with a panel perfect for professional content creators: 100% sRGB and Pantone validated. The extra screen is a touchscreen and is more handful for content creators as a second screen, but it also works on some games too.
Take a look at the spec sheets here:

- Price: RM19,999
There will be another model, GX550L-XSHF127T which has the aforementioned 300Hz refresh rate monitor, available later this September. With all the same specs listed here, and also the same price. This one that launches today has a 60Hz.
All of the 2020 Zephyrus models will get a 65W PD/Type-C power adapter on top of the usual power adapters for the laptop. This extra one is essentially a power bank, and is useful when you’re using them on-the-go.
Like all Intel-powered 2020 ROG laptops, this uses liquid metal for cooling, instead of any normal thermal paste.
This is clearly for in the top-end spectrum of gaming laptops, and for most of us, it’s not going to be for us. But you have to give some applause to the folks at ROG for attempting to make one beast of a machine. All that power and still be 20mm-ish thin? Madness.
