Test Drive The 2023 Alfa Romeo F1 Car In F1 22

Here’s an interesting new addition to F1 22. With the 2023 season firing up soon with pre-season testing beginning today, you too can try out one of the new machines.

The Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake C43 is now available in time trial mode in F1 22. It’s the only 2023 F1 car being made available in the current game. The C43 has quite the striking look compared to last year’s Alfa, as it has more red and exposed carbon fibre (for weight savings) than the usual red-and-white schemes of the past.

The last Alfa Romeo car before the team be rebranded as Audi, it’s also missing a stakeholder logo on the car. And that’s because the company Stake is the sort of brand that cannot make it to an ESRB E-rated game.

Also note that this is effectively just a new livery, rather than reflecting any of the performance gains/losses of the C43. And you can’t race it in other modes.

F1 22 is set to be available on EA Play, EA’s game subscription service currently bundled together with PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass UItimate on March 2.
