Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge Announced, New Beat-Em-Up From Dotemu

Remember the good old days of those decent Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles beat-em-up games on arcades and consoles? Dotemu sure do, and together with Tribute Games, they are working on a new TMNT beat-em-up.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is a completely new beat-em-up game built in homage to the classics, from folks that have made beat-em-ups recently. You may know Dotemu from last year’s Streets Of Rage 4, and Tribute Games are contributors to Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game and TMNT on the Game Boy Advance.

Shredder’s Revenge will see the team of Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael fight and side-scroll their way in a new story, with each turtle having their own set of skills and moves.

Expect some rad pixel art, a lot of 80s throwback and up to four player co-op.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge will be coming to consoles and PC, though no release date was given just yet.
