Slice Robots Into Pieces In Clone Drone In The Danger Zone, Out Now

Here’s a fun looking game with a fun-sounding name. Clone Drone In The Danger Zone is a melee brawler where an attack can leave parts of a body be sliced off, or removed. Don’t worry, the characters are all voxel-y robots.

In this world, your human mind has been downloaded into a robot and are tasked to fight in the arena. Survive the onslaught of trials, join the resistance and fight back against the evil robot empire.

Clone Drone, developed by Doborog Games, has been on Steam Early Access since 2017, but this latest update on PC brings the fifth and final chapter of the game’s story mode.

Clone Drone also features co-op play and online versus alongside the single-player story mode. Cross-Play “across all enabled platforms” will also be added, as the game is also released on PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch today (though not on PS Store Asia).

If you like janky-looking but actually in-depth melee brawlers like Chivalry 2, Clone Drone In The Danger Zone seems to feel the same niche, without all the gore and blood. The game is out now on PC via Steam for RM39, with an early-bird 15% discount until August 4.
