And the tease for a name is over for the upcoming game by Rockstar. Rockstar’s Twitter just tweeted the full name and when the the first trailer will hit. It’s Red Dead Redemption 2. This would be interesting to see how it will continue on from the 2010’s Red Dead Redemption. Or will it take place as a prequel as initially rumoured?
Here’s the description given by Rockstar on the game’s page.
Developed by the creators of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption, Red Dead Redemption 2 is an epic tale of life in America’s unforgiving heartland. The game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience.

Whatever it is, we will see a glimpse of what the new Wild West-based game is in the incoming trailer on October 20 at 11PM local time. Based on the link to the official website, it’s confirmed for PS4 and Xbox One, but no PC logo just yet. Red Dead Redemption never received a PC port, though their latest title Grand Theft Auto V did received one. So we will see if there’s a PC version coming or not.
