PSA: Super Mario 3D All-Stars Will Be Delisted After March 31

Remember that 3-in-1 Super Mario games remaster on Switch? If you ever wanted to play Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy on Switch in Super Mario 3D All-Stars, you have until March 31 to do so.

For whatever reason, Nintendo will be halting sales of the game after that date. It’s now or never. The publisher posted this reminder about the game, alongside the battle royale-esque Super Mario Bros. 35 free game.

And it’s not just a delisting on the Nintendo eShop either. VGC reported that Nintendo will pull the physical copies of the game from its official store in Tokyo. Other retailers shouldn’t be doing the same, however, and will still be selling what remaining stocks of the copies they have.

Madness.

There’s no real good reason Nintendo is doing this, outside of that they can. Wait until the next 5 years before a better remaster is being sold again for another limited time period.

It’s not a practice we like to see continue, this will just skyrocket the value of any remaining physical copies. But if you absolutely need your Mario fix, go get it now.
