Project Motor Racing adds an Australian V8 Supercars race car to its roster of racing cars as free DLC. The Ford Falcon V8 2013 is now available as free DLC.
This is the car that won the Bathurst 1000 back in 2013, racing up and down the Mount Panorama Circuit (which is already included in the game).
Project Motor Racing doesn’t have the license to the Supercars Championship, or the livery of the 2013 Bathurst 1000-winning car. So instead the Ford Falcon V8 here is adorned with Ford EcoBoost livery. Ironic, as there’s no eight-cylinder Ford EcoBoost engine.

This is also the game’s only Supercars race car so far, it could use some competition from a Holden. Or heck, bring in the rare Mercedes and Nissan V8 Supercars of that era. The one thing Project Motor Racing is good at is picking deep cuts from the past rarely seen in racing games today. But having V8 Supercars represented in this Ford is a good start.
Project Motor Racing is out now on PS5, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store) and Xbox Series X|S. Check out our review of the game here.
