Open World Zombie Action Game Days Gone Delayed To 2019

we delay the zombie post-apocalypse

Days Gone is the new IP by Sony Bend, debuted at E3 2016 with an impressive looking gameplay trailer of fast, nasty and huge zombie hordes. The game was supposedly will be out sometime in 2018, but today Sony quietly delayed it.

A change in Sony’s website shows that Days Gone is now scheduled for 2019 rather than 2018. USGamer has also received official word from Sony’s spokesperson that this is indeed true.

“Days Gone will now be releasing in 2019 and we will keep you updated on the launch date.”

It is not surprising, considering how little we have seen of the game so far. Sony has confirmed two of its exclusive games lineup this year: God Of War in April and then Detroit: Become Human in May, both being featured with gameplay and story trailers as of recently.

Two more Sony exclusives that has yet to receive a release date but supposedly scheduled to be out this year: The Last Of Us Part II and Marvel’s Spider-Man. We shall learn more about them soon in due time.
