Nintendo Switch is getting Doom 2016 and Wolfenstein 2

Nintendo is DOOMED… Thanks to the latest announcement in yesterday’s Nintendo Direct as Bethesda is releasing the highly acclaimed Doom 2016 and the soon to be released Wolfenstein : The New Colossus for the Nintendo Switch.

Doom 2016 on the Switch will include the multiplayer mode of the game (which will be avaliabe via a Day One update on launch) and all of the content already released in all in the other consoles. Curiously, It will be quite interesting to see how the game will fit in the small cartridge of the Switch, ditto for Wolfenstein 2 as the cartridge is reported to hold only 32GB of memory. So extra data download on the eShop perhaps?

We’ll see how it shapes when Doom 2016 launches during the Holiday season, probably after the launch of Skyrim Switch Edition and Wolfenstein 2 will release sometime in 2018.
