Ninja Gaiden Master Collection Coming To PS4, PC, Xbox And Switch This June

Koei Tecmo announced that Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Ninja Gaiden Sigman 2 and Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor’s Edge are coming to PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC with the Ninja Gaiden Master Collection.

This is the series Team Ninja is known for other than the Dead Or Alive fighting game series. You play as the ninja Ryu Hayabusa as he fights against fiends across the three games alongside Ayane, Rachel, and Momiji.

The Master Collection also includes all game modes and DLC costumes.

You can trace the lineage of Nioh from this three games Ninja Gaiden as well. It’s a bloody hard action game, even for its time back then. And it’s something the team takes pride in.

“Ninja Gaiden is one of the most important and monumental titles for the Team Ninja brand, but we haven’t been able to release the series title on current generation platforms, so I am very delighted to be able to release it in this format as a trilogy,” says Yosuke Hayashi, Chief Head of Team Ninja. “If you enjoy challenging action games, we hope you will give it a try.”

And for fans asking for a new entry to Ninja Gaiden, there’s interest in the team to make one in the future. “I hope that the day will come soon when I can provide information about the next game in the Ninja Gaiden series, which I’ve been continuously saying that I want to develop,” says Fumihiko Yasuda, Head of Ninja Gaiden.

“But until then, please play as the ‘super ninja’ Ryu Hayabusa in the Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection.”

To furhter promote the release, all players of Nioh 2 on PS4, PS5 and PC will be getting a new Dragon Ninja skin to transform their character into Hayabusa.

Ninja Gaiden Master Collection will release on PS4, PC (Steam), Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on June 10. The game can be played on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S via backward compatibility.
