Nier Automata’s 2B Joins Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising Roster As DLC

2B, of Nier Automata fame, is now part of the roster of fighting game Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising as a guest character and paid DLC.

She is now available as part of the Version 1.2.1 update available today on PS4, PS5 and PC. 2B is included in the Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising Character Pass 1 DLC.

2B is also available as an online lobby avatar, which can be used in Grand Bruise Legends, the party-game mode.

This isn’t 2B’s first rodeo as a fighting game guest character. She also previously appeared in Soul Calibur VI.

One thing of note, 2B has a specific feature as seen in Nier Automata where her skirt is effectively removed. And it’s part of her moveset in GBVSR, though it requires a specific input with no simple input alternative. You have to earn the right to see 2B’s booty.

In Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, 2B can Self-Destruct as her alternate SSBA. Doing so will create an unblockable explosion that can cause 2B to lose the round if it doesn't defeat the opponent. Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising is out now on PS4, PS5 and PC (Steam). The game features a free version with a weekly rotation of characters.
