Starting in NBA 2K21 For Next Gen Consoles, Players get to traverse a new version of a Online world hub call The Neighbourhood, where players can go around town to shop for your character customization and perhaps play some freestyle basketball with other players. This feature is missing for the Xbox One, PS4 and even PC version of the game last year but in 2K22, these players are getting that experience as well.
Only it’s on a cruise ship instead of a city.
This version of the hub, calls the Cancha Del Mar, is of course set on a ship with an abundances of basketball courts where you can do 3v3s with other players online or level up your player. And you can even do questlines within the ship, which is quite of a neat feature for a sports game. And the Cruise will dock in some places where these quests can be done during specific seasons.
It is by far the most interesting addition to this series so far. NBA 2K22 is now out for PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch, along with PC.
