Metro Exodus On PC Lets You Use PS5 DualSense Controller’s Haptics And Adaptive Triggers

If you have Metro Exodus on PC and the PS5’s DualSense controller, good news. 4A Games has added support for the game to make use of the controller’s haptic feedback and adaptive triggers.

Steam has added support for the new PS5 controller, but whether or not you can use the features that is a selling point for the next-gen console is up to the developers.

And 4A Games is indeed up for it. A new hotfix has added this feature on Metro Exodus.

This is one of the first games that has been reported to support DualSense haptics and adaptive triggers on PC.

So if you want to sample what the DualSense controller can do, but can’t find any stock of the PS5, now there’s a way to do so. The controllers are easier to come by, in particular in Malaysia, right now. And there will be new colour variants of the DualSense coming next month.

Metro Exodus recently released native next-gen versions of the FPS for PS5 and Xbox Series, as a free upgrade to owners of the PS4 and Xbox versions, alongside an Enhanced Edition for much beefier PCs.
