PlayStation Asia has officially announced that Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales for PS4 will be out on November 12 in Southeast Asia.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales will see Miles picking up the Spider-Man mantle as he sworn to protect a now-wintery New York City from a tech corporation and a criminal army are feuding for power. Miles will have access to new gadgets, including bio-electric venom blasts and camouflage.
Miles Morales is also a PS5 launch title. Since the next-gen console has two different release dates, it’s good to know the exact date being mentioned.
Miles Morales on PS4 will include a free next-gen upgrade to the PS5 version as well. If you’re getting the physical version, you’ll need the PS5 (not the disc-less PS5 Digital Edition) to claim the free upgrade.
For the price of RM209 (physical and digital) in Malaysia, this should be in-line with the US pricing of $50 USD (roughly RM207). Note that the Ultimate Edition of the game, which contains Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, is only available on PS5. Pre-orders are now live on PS Store Asia.
PlayStation Asia has yet to communicate any news regarding the exact availability of the PS5 and its games yet- the announcement for Miles Morales here only mentions of the PS4 version.
