Judgment day has arrived, and the mystery stream by Sega has revealed the sequel to Yakuza spin-off Judgment, called Lost Judgment.

Lost Judgment still has you play as attorney-turned-private-investigator Takayuki Yagami as he gets caught up in a new mystery. The sequel will also see him travelling to Isezaki Ijincho, Yokohama. The same setting first seen in last year’s Yakuza: Like A Dragon.
Unlike Like A Dragon, Lost Judgment will retain its action brawler combat, now with more stances (and more moveset) to switch on-the-fly.
The investigation bits are darker than ever, with dead bodies and livestreamed murders being part of the story (as well as more courtroom drama).
But the setting will see a new place you can visit: a high school. Yagami will be going undercover due to story seasons, but the high school will some optional side content called School Stories.
Like any Ryu Ga Gotoku game, there will be silly mini-games and for Lost Judgment we will some boxing, skateboarding, dancing (with the high-school students) as well as playing battle bots.
As the trailer shows, the English dub is back as well.
Lost Judgment will be coming out this year for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on September 24, worldwide.
