Carby. The February 2022 Nintendo Direct showed another trailer for platformer Kirby And The Forgotten Land. This time showcasing our loveable pink blob has expanded his appetite to suck and consume more stuff.
While Kirby has always been able to suck and consume enemies, with the new setting set in this strange, familiar and possibly post-apocalypse setting, Kirby now has Mouthful Mode, where he can gobble up real-world objects. Including cars, scissor lifts, vending machines and the VLC Player icon.
Mouthful Mode gives Kirby new abilities never seen before. Want to move fast? Wrap the car in Kirby livery. By wrap, we mean, have Kirby swallow a whole car but leave the four wheels exposed so he can drive fast.
Kirby And The Forgotten Land releases on March 25 exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
