Holy Potatoes! is a long-running indie game franchise by Singapore-based developer Daylight Studio.
Three of the series of games, where various potatoes are thrown into various jobs and situations, are getting a compilation as a physical release on Nintendo Switch.
Called the Holy Potatoes! Compendium, it includes three games which are:
- Holy Potatoes! What the Hell? – A cooking sim where you turn potato sinners into cooking ingredients, with a tactical, turn-based combat element
- Holy Potatoes! We’re in Space?! – A space exploration game with spaceship and weapon crafting. Also with a tactical, turn-based combat element
- Holy Potatoes! A Weapon Shop? – A shop simulator where you craft over 200 weapons to be sold at a weapons shop. Also, has a potato dog
No wonder the title series is always exclamating in perpetuity.
The Holy Potatoes! Compendium is the first time these three games are available as a physical release, thanks to publisher Numskull Games. The Holy Potatoes! Compendium comes in two editions: a standard edition and a Collector’s Badge Edition, which includes cute pin badges of them lovely potatoes.
The Holy Potatoes! Compendium will be out on May 5th for the Nintendo Switch.
