The star of the open-world racer Forza Horizon 5 is, of course, the world. And fans have been wanting to see the full scale of the map of the up and coming racing game from Playground Games.
That wish has been granted in the latest Forza Horizon 5: Let’s ¡Go! broadcast, where the team showed the full map on stream. This should give a sense of scale of how big the open-world is (which the devs say to be 50% larger than Forza Horizon 4’s Britain).
The Forza Horizon Twitter also revealed the full map in one image form, here:
You can already see how all the 11 biomes blend together in this full map. Most of the desert- including the living desert biome is on the western side. The volcano is absolutely huge that take up a portion of the map. The major highway does indeed live up to the “corner-to-corner” description, running from the southwest area and then tapers off a bit early as it reaches the northeast part.
The stadium- seen in the E3 reveal- and the city of Guanajuato is roughly at the center-north of the map. The south part is where the swamps and jungles are.
It’s also important to note that the map revealed here is for the summer season.
Forza Horizon 5 releases on November 9 for the PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, as well as coming to Xbox Game Pass on launch.
