Gran Turismo 7 continues its monthly free content updates, and if you’ve been following the monthly update news, it’s just what you expect: three more new cars.
For February 2024 (Update 1.43), the three cars are not as headlining-grabbing, but still important to as it adds in a missing generation for these cars.
There is already the first and the third (and last) generation of the Audi TT in GT7, but this 2009 model of the Audi TTS Coupé covers the missing second generation.
Similar case to the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX being added in this update. Currently there’s an Evo III, IV, V, VI and the Evo X. So having an Evo IX- one of the more popular version of this 4WD car with rally pedigree- should help fill in the gaps of Evos. Four more is missing, but it’s now more well-represented.
Fans of classic cars are getting a good one this month in the form of the Renault R4.
At least this months are full of real cars. January had two Vision Gran Turismo concept cars, which are cool, but fans of these games would prefer their favourite known automobiles being added before seeing more of these outlandish (yet cool) cars.
Gran Turismo 7 February 2024 Update New Cars
- Audi TTS Coupé ’09 – Brand Central, Used Cars
- Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR GSR ’06 – Brand Central, Used Cars
- Renault R4 GTL ’85 – Used Cars
As far as other new content, it’s quite minimal. There’s a new batch of race events (well, just three), another Extra Menu featuring Lamborghini, more car commentary in the cafe, more engine swaps, and a new set of Scapes photo mode landscapes. Check the patch notes here.
One noted change is the price revision at Legend Cars. Expect to see some car prices in this category updated the next time it appears again on sale.
