Free game alert! PlayStation is doing its second Play At Home initiative, giving away a new game next month.
That free game is Ratchet & Clank (2016), the reboot, remake and also movie tie-in to Ratchet & Clank, featuring titular heroes Ratchet and Clank.
The game was previously offered as part of PS Plus, but this is your chance to own it permanently. The offer will be available on the PS Store on March 2, 4AM GMT (12PM Malaysian Time, +8 GMT). This is a limited-time offer, but no end date was given for now.
You can check out our review of Ratchet & Clank PS4 here.
For those with a PS5 and haven’t tried the Ratchet & Clank series yet, this is a good primer on what to expect for Ratchet & Clank: A Rift Apart coming this June.
The other offer from the Play At Home Initiative may not be available in Southeast Asia. It’s free access to Funimation or Wakanim for a limited time starting March 25. These are subscription services to watch anime, and from the PlayStation Blog post, seems to be not apply to folks in Southeast Asia.
We’ll update back should there is a different offer for Southeast Asia.
There will be more games and other services being offered in this four-month program, so expect to see more free goodies from PlayStation coming soon.
