FV X SEA Major Malaysia 2018 will see the yearly FV Cup organised by Flash Vision being part of SEA Major, the biggest fighting game event in Southeast Asia. The registration for both international and local players are now open.
The event will be held on July 14th-15th at Battle Arena, Petalling Jaya, Malaysia, a venue we keep seeing as of late. They recently hosted the COD WWII Asia Championships and the Playstation League Asia tournament for FIFA 18.
Outside of fighting games, Clash Royale will also have a tournament.
The games to be participated are as follows:
– Street Fighter V Arcade Edition
– Tekken 7
– Dragon Ball FighterZ
– Clash Royale
– Guilty Gear Revelator 2
– Blazblue Cross Tag Battle
– King of Fighters XIV
– Marvel vs Capcom Infinite
– Injustice 2
Both Street Fighter V Arcade Edition and Tekken 7 are part of the games’ esports circuit- the Capcom Pro Tour for SFV (Ranking Event) and Tekken World Tour for Tekken (Challenger Event). So expect some experienced pros to travel here and compete.
