Forza Horizon 5 #FORDzathon (Series 16) Now Live, Three Returning Renaults, Two New Cars

It’s the new year, and here comes a new Festival Playlist available now on Forza Horizon 5.

After the Horizon Holidays, it’s now time for #FORDzathon. This month’s events will all Focus on cars with the blue oval badge. A Ford Fiesta, since you are racing around Mexico. I need someone to Escort me out of the building after saying that.

In case the previous sentences feel like cringe-inducing puns, embrace them. Playground Games just can’t stop with the puns (look at all the writing in the game). Even the Festival Playlist name is a pun on Forzathon.

Anyways, despite all the Fords being at play here, as for new cars, there are no new Fords. But you get to earn three Renaults returning from past games and two new MG cars. Well, it’s one MG car but the other is its racing variant.

Forza Horizon 5 Series 16 New Cars

  • 2021 MG MG6 XPower – 80 points in Festival Playlist Series
  • 2010 Renault Megane RS 250 – 20 points in Summer
  • 2020 MG #20 MG6 XPower – 20 points in Autumn
  • 2016 Renault Clio R.S. 16 Concept – 20 points in Winter
  • 2010 Renault Clio R.S. – 20 points in Spring

It’s not much in terms of new content, but expect new cars for next the next series, which will be themed around Japanese Automotive. Whether that means we’re getting new cars from Japanese manufacturers or just more Renaults remain to be seen.
