Doom Eternal, id Software’s follow-up to Doom 2016, gets a release date. At the Bethesda E3 briefing, the fast-paced FPS was the final showstopper being shown, with a load of gameplay footage.
But first, a new story trailer was revealed, giving some context of what the demons feel like now that the Doom Slayer- you- are killing more and more demons in various new locales- including Earth, which is now become Hell thanks to a demon invasion.
The presentation showed more gameplay on stage. The push-forward combat is still fast and aggressive as ever, now with new mobility options and a slew of new weapons. It’s more of that good Doom ripping and tearing.
Doom Eternal is also getting a release date. It will be out on November 22nd for the PS4, PC (Steam), Xbox One and Google Stadia.
