Days Gone Adding New Game+ And More Difficulty Options On September 13th

Open-world not-zombie apocalypse game Days Gone gets another update, and this is bringing the promised New Game+ mode. So long as you’ve finished the “I’m Never Giving Up” storyline, you can start New Game+ from the main menu, carrying over all of your earned weapons, bike upgrades, NERO boosters, skills, recipes, encampment trust and credits, collectibles, and trophy progress.

Patches, the passive buffs earned via the weekly challenge mode, can also be applied on New Game+.

In addition, two new difficulty options, Hard II and Survival II, are added. You can access the difficulties on a normal save file, not just for New Game+.

While the consensus say Days Gone is not the blockbuster first-party hit, it’s still fun and engaging in some areas, enough for us to give it a glowing review.
