Danger Zone Brings Back Burnout’s Crash Mode For The New Generation

We’ve seen the studio made out of the folks that made Burnout- Three Fields Entertainment- tackle a new take of the series’ famous Crash Mode in a domestic scale with Dangerous Golf. But what if they just make a game about crashing cars again? Their latest game, Danger Zone, is basically that.

As described on their website, the goal here is “to crash for cash by creating the biggest car crash.” Expect various junctions filled with vehicles to be piled up and exploded (with pickups to collect) thanks to the power of the Unreal engine. It’s not a racing game, mind, as it’s all about the vehicular destruction here. In a way, it’s the standalone Burnout Crash Mode that should have happened years ago.

We have no confirmation that Kenny Loggin’s Danger Zone would be the game’s title screen song, however.

Expect to see Danger Zone coming really soon on the PS4 and PC this May.
