Cyberpunk 2077 Gets Delayed To September 17

In a week of high profile delays, CDProjekt Red has also announced that their highly anticipated title, Cyberpunk 2077, will be delayed from their original April release date.

According to them, this delay ensures that the game will be up to their standard in terms of play-testing, fixing and polishing.

The original April 2020 release date was announced back in E3 2019 and with the current patch lineup of game launches (FF7R and RE3 in the same WEEK) during that month, a delay is a good call.

The game is set to launch on September 17th for PS4, Xbox One and PC along with a Google Stadia version soon.
