With the last content update to Gran Turismo Sport which added 12 new cars and a proper campaign, more fans have started to clamour for even more content. It is given since the game shipped with a really small car and track list, omitting some fan favourites along the way. The main point of contention right now is classic fictional tracks.
While GT Sport has some new fictional tracks that not only look good but fun to drive around, it is missing some of the classics. There’s no Trail Mountain, Deep Forest or the most iconic of all, Grand Valley Speedway, in the game which always appeared in all mainline GT games.
Right now, the most trending scapes photos in the discovery tab in the game is a picture with just a text: “We Want Classic tracks!”, referring to fictional and real-life circuits from past titles that yet to appear in Sport.

The folks at GTPlanet managed to talk to series producer Kazunori Yamauchi and ask him why they are missing.
Like always, he answered it rather straighforward. “There was no particular reason for it.” In fact, he dropped another new info.
“We are already working on Deep Forest; we actually have the data for Deep Forest that runs on Gran Turismo Sport but it does have some problems, ” he explained.

“The problem that we had with some of the older tracks from previous Gran Turismo games was the scale being off in certain places. The size of the trees are very large, or the width of the curbstones, etc. There were curbstones that were wider than cars!”
GTPlanet also asked about wet weather conditions. There are no wet weather options available in the game, but a few missions in the original campaign mode had the Northen Isle Speedway raining. The options to select Intermediate and Wet tyres before a race or during pit stops are also available.
And yes, it will be coming. “It’s just a matter of adding wet conditions to other tracks through updates. All of the cars in the game are already built to be compatible with rain and have working windshield wipers.”
Expect to see more content getting added in GT Sport in the months to come.
