Hunters, head’s up. Capcom has now launched an official community hub for Monster Hunter fans in Asia.
Titled Monster Hunter Asia, this is a localised version of Japan’s official Monster Hunter community, Monhanbu (モンハン部). So expect contents from Monhanbu gets translated to English, Traditional Chinese and Korean on Monster Hunter Asia.
Besides that, the Monster Hunter Asia community hub is also an official source on the latest info regarding the Monster Hunter series.
So far, Monster Hunter Asia has a Facebook page- which can be found here, and two contents from Monhanbu localised on the new, still-in-progress website. Both Monhanbu and Monster Hunter Asia’s sites share a similar look- the logos are similar too.
The localised contents are a comic strip by Azarasi Yuzuko, and a Hunter Quiz to test your knowledge of Monster Hunter. It’s all fun stuff.
For fans of MonHun in Asia, now there’s an official hub for all the information that’s tailored to the region. And it also means Capcom is acknowledging players here, something we wish more publishers do.
