Burnout Paradise is the one of the first titles in EA’s catalog of games to receive a remaster treatment. And it’s out now on PS4 and Xbox One. But after saying it will be out later for PC, we finally have a release date for it.
Burnout Paradise Remastered will be out for PC via Origin on August 20th, with Origin Access subscribers having access to the game right now. The original, now called Basic tier gives you the usual 10-hour trial. The new Origin Premier tier now lets you play it in full right now.
While Burnout Paradise has been made available on PC sometime ago with the Ultimate Box edition on Steam, it did not offer all of the game’s DLC or support any extra DLC. Among the missing piece is the last content drop, Big Surf Island, which adds a new location to the map filled to the brim with collectibles, jumps and sweet roads to drift around.
The game is available on Origin for $24.90 SGD, but oddly enough, the buy prompt is somehow may not appear directly on the store page as of right now, possibly not on sale directly for Southeast Asia just yet. The webpage allows pre-orders, however.
If you have played Burnout Paradise before and have your save connected with an EA account, you can nab a 75% discount, dropping the price to a very low $6.22 SGD (around RM18.61). This includes owners of the Ultimate Box who have signed in.
