Pearl Abyss announced that its MMORPG Black Desert will be supporting AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR).
FSR is an upscaling tech, similar to what Nvidia offers with Nvidia DLSS, only FSR is open-source and not limited to AMD graphics cards. If you are on team green, you can make use of FSR to gain better performance while not sacrificing (much) graphics quality.
You can expect to see Pearl Abyss implement more graphical tech upgrades in the future.
In other news, Pearl Abyss just revealed on the world stage one of its other not-Black-Desert-related projects, DokeV, at Gamescom 2021.
