Assassin’s Creed Mirage Gone Gold, Releasing A Week Early

Alhamdulillah. Ubisoft has announced that Assassin’s Creed Mirage has gone gold. That means that development for the launch version of the game has wrapped up and physical discs are ready to be manufactured.

Not only that, but AC Mirage has also been reverse delayed. The game is now releasing on October 5, a week earlier than the previously announced October 12 release date.

AC Mirage will see Assassin’s Creed return to its roots as an open-world stealth-action game, ending its RPG arc seen in Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla. The game is set in Baghdad during the reigns of the Abbasid Caliphate, where you play as Basim Ibn Is’haq.

Gameplay-wise, expect to see a smaller world but more stealth and action elements in the spirit of the earlier Assassin’s Creed games. And as expected from the setting, there’s full Arabic localisation available for Mirage.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be out on October 5 for the PS4, PS5, PC (Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Store), Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S as well as Amazon Luna.
