In the past five days, the Total War YouTube channel posted four very cryptic teasers that had Total War and Warhammer fans going wild. It’s either an expansion or a tease for a new Total War Warhammer. Whatever it is, it will involve the Chaos gods making an appearance.
Today, it’s been confirmed that it was all to teasing the announcement of Total War: Warhammer III. Those speculations are pretty dead-on.
Total War: Warhammer III introduces more races to the strategy game. The Kislev and Cathay factions will make their debut in a video game.
The Kislev hail from the snowy north of the Empire, which is the highlight of this reveal trailer.
But the main big additions are the forces of Chaos. All four of them- Khorne, Nurgle, Slaanesh and Tzeentch will make an appearance. Expect to see wilder units, like flying and gargantuan monsters, thanks to the inclusion of Chaos.
The main campaign will see you either saving or exploiting the power of a dying god, and will take you to war into the Chaos Realm. The endgame will also see you determine the fate of the world. Will you embrace the power of the Chaos gods?
Total War: Warhammer III is now up for pre-orders on Steam (for RM189) and the Epic Games Store (for $46.99 USD – roughly RM190+). No release date has been shared yet.
