The next stop in Crazy Taxi: World Tour’s world tour is Japan. After revealing the Germany map at Gamescom 2026, Japan is revealed to be next map at Tokyo Game Show 2026.
The crazy car game about driving from point A to point B quickly and getting paid for it will see you rip around Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Skytree, drift through the famous Shibuya Scramble, take on the highways, the Shutokō if you will, and even catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji all the while.
As you’d expect, some of the drop-off points and landmarks in the Japan map of Crazy Taxi: World Tour features licensed, branded buildings including ramen spot Ichiran, Kani Doraku (the restaurant with the big crab in its signage) and most interestingly, the Shibuya 109 store. The department store that’s part of the iconography of the Shibuya Scramble usually have to be replaced with legally distinct ones due to licensing, but Sega made it happen to get that in.
Speaking of, of course you’ll be dropping someone from a big blue Sega store.
One notable thing from the trailer is a longer glimpse of night-time driving.
The revival of the arcade racing/driving game will see you taking fares beyond the United States, as the subtitle implies. Crazy Taxi: World Tour will also have 6-player online multiplayer modes, including game modes that involves some player take on the role of the police, for some reason that’s not been made clear yet.

Crazy Taxi: World Tour will be out in 2027 for the PS5, PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2.
