Leenzee and 505 Games announced a new update to soulslike Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. In addition to game update 1.6, the game now has new content for all players, in particular players who purchased the Deluxe Edition.
The Deluxe Edition is being expanded with new content. Two new costumes and two new weapons are being added with today’s update, with two more costumes and weapons coming later this year.

The new content being added to Wuchang: Fallen Feathers’ Deluxe Edition as part of the Deluxe Expansion are:
- Two Brand New Costumes
- Forged Iron Costume
- Radiant Costume
- Two Lethal New Weapons
- Hooked Blade Spear
- Blazing Nightlotus
Anyone with the Deluxe Edition will get these new costumes and weapons, on top of the four costumes, weapons and one consumable gained from this (no extra purchase needed). Those who have purchased, or purchasing, the Deluxe Edition upgrade will also be entitled to the Deluxe Edition expansion content.
It’s rare to see expansion content being rolled into a Deluxe Edition bonus instead of a separate purchase. And it’s a nice token of gratitude for the players that supported this unassuming soulslike that channels the essences of Bloodborne and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

In addition, two new headgear items are being added as well for all players, for free:
- Bo Sorcerer’s Crown
- Ming Army Helmet
All gear in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers have specific stats associated to them, but they can all be transmogrified where gear can be equipped as a cosmetic layer on top of your preferred gear.
Update 1.6 to Wuchang: Fallen Feathers addresses VRAM utilisation on PC (it won’t hog that much of your graphics card’s VRAM) and improved Nvidia DLSS Ultra Performance (it won’t look as blurry).
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is out now on PS5, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) and Xbox Series X|S. Check out our review of the game here.
