At the Warhammer Skulls 2024 Showcase last weekend, Kasedo Games nad Bulwark Studios announced the sequel to the hit turn-based SRPG/strategy tactics game Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus.
Warhammer 40,000 Mechanicus II was revealed with a CGI trailer featuring the Necrons and the Adeptus Mechanicus.
It is confirmed that composer for the first Mechanicus game, Guillaume David is returning. You can hear the ominous organs and synths in the reveal trailer, a trademark of the stunningly beautiful Warhammer 40K Mechanicus game (and also Ixion, the city builder which Bulwark Studios worked on previously).
Author on the Mechanicus saga of novels, Ben Counter, is also involved in Mechanicus II.
Warhammer 4K Mechanicus II will see two playable factions, you can play as the Necrons this time, as well as two narrative campaigns.
No release date was given, but expect Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II to arrive on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X|S.
