Looks like 2K’s sports division has a new franchise, sort of. HB Studios has been working on The Golf Club, the golf sim that eventually got the PGA Tour license. With The Golf Club 2019, they worked with 2K acting as publisher.
For 2020, 2K has turned to HB Studios again to make PGA Tour 2K21.
This will be 2K’s first golf game under that yearly sports game brand, which includes NBA 2K and WWE 2K (though WWE 2K21 has confirmed to not be in the works).
Expect to hear more news about PGA Tour 2K21 on May 14th. But for now, all we have is the teaser trailer showing Hole 17 of TPC at Sawgrass.
