Have free time next weekend? Ubisoft is offering a Free Weekend access to its open world racing game The Crew 2, from July 8 to 12. This is available on PS4, PS5 and PC (Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Store).
The free weekend gives players full access to the game during this period. Not even a trial, this is the full game. This also includes the latest content update, Season 3 Episode 1: US Speed Tour East.
The Crew 2 is also massively discounted during this period, it’s 80% off on the Ubisoft Store, with the Standard Edition dropping to RM31.80, and the most-expensive Gold Edition at RM57. All progress from the Free Weekend is carried over to the full game.
The Crew 2’s brand of open-world driving (and flying, and boating) may be an acquired taste due to its handling physics, but maybe the free weekend is worth a go. It’s still impressive to see this four-year-old game still continuing to be getting updates and content.
