First-person factory automation builder game Techtonica now has a release window of when it will be released in Early Access.
Developed by Fire Hose Games, Techtonica will see you build factories featuring assemblers and many, many conveyor belts underground, in the alien world of Calyx. The game has been in development since 2019.
Techtonica should appeal to fans of Factorio or Satisfactory. The latter also a first-person factory automation builder game and is still in Early Access.
It’s not quite a full release date, but it shows that the game is making some progress in getting there. Summer is not too far off from now, which should start around late June.
If you can’t wait for that long, the demo for Techtonica is still available on Steam right now. It offers a tutorial and a large enough cave area after that to start messing about and create a proficient, efficient, assembly line. Or make cursed, convoluted spaghetti messes of conveyor belts.
