Story Of Seasons: Grand Bazaar Out Now

Story Of Seasons: Grand Bazaar is out now.

The latest release of the long-running farming game series Story Of Seasons (previously known in English as Harvest Moon, and in Japan known as Bokujō Monogatari) is a remake of the Nintendo DS game (known in English as Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar) first released in 2008 in Japan.

In Story Of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, players are setting up a new farm in Zephyr Town, used to be renown for its bazaar. Players are free to not only grow their farm, but explore the town, make friends with the locals, and help out the community to create the “World’s Grandes Bazaar” by selling produce and natural goods.

If you’re familiar with the indie farming hit Stardew Valley, which incorporates not only farming mechanics but also the ability to mingle with the townsfolk, then you’ll find yourself in familiar grounds here, as the Story Of Season series provides that specific cosy farming experience, in contrast to more realistic agricultural simulators like Farming Simulator (which is just as popular).

As part of the release of Story Of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, artist Igusa Matsuyama has created a special artwork to mark the occasion.

Developed and published by Marvelous, Story Of Seasons: Grand Bazaar is distributed in Asia by Game Source Entertainment.

Story Of Seasons: Grand Bazaar is out now on PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
