Steam’s Golden Week Sale Now Live

It’s Steam Sales time. But a highly specific one. To celebrate Golden Week in Japan (where the week over there is filled with holidays), Steam is offering discounts on PC games either made in Japan or from Japanese publishers.

But don’t expect all games that matches that description to be on sale. The Dark Souls series as published by Bandai Namco are not on sale whereas the same publisher’s Project CARS series, not developed in Japan, is, for example.

Still, if you have a lot of games made in Japan or published by a Japanese publisher, you should see a lot of games getting that green text discount from now until May 6.

Here’s some recommendations to pique your interest on Steam’s Golden Week Sale:

  • Persona 4 Golden – RM55.30 (30% off)
  • Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[cl-r] (UNICLR) – RM32.50 (50%)
  • Yakuza 0 – RM21.25 (75%)
  • Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown – RM47.25 (75%)
