Respawn is indeed making the sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Announced at the Star Wars Celebration last weekend, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor follows on the journey of Cal Kestis, five years since the events of Fallen Order.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is slated for release in 2023. And like the Dead Space remake, another EA game coming in 2023, Survivor will be a next-gen only release, coming to the PS5, PC and Xbox Series X|S.
