Slapstick Brawler Party Animals Releases This September, Closed Beta Happening Every Weekend Until Launch

Party Animals, the slapstick physics-based brawler featuring cute and cuddly animals by Recreate Games, now has a release date.

Party Animals channels a similar Gang Beasts-like energy in that you smack and kick your friends and/or enemies that wiggle, jiggle and ragdoll just in the right way to make every slap, punch and choke silly rather than brutal. Which should make for good slapstick fun.

Throughout September, every weekend leading up to its launch, there will be a closed beta available through Steam or the Xbox Insider Hub.

Here’s the exact date and time for each closed beta test (in Malaysia time, UTC+8):

  • September 1 at 8 PM to September 3 at 8 PM
  • September 8 at 8 PM to September 10 at 8 PM
  • September 15 at 8 PM to September 19 at 11.59 AM

Party Animals will feature 20 maps and 30+ different animals to choose from, with 200 cosmetic items. The game supports cross-play between PC and Xbox.

Party Animals launch on September 20 for PC (Steam), Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
