Razer Viper 8KHz Gaming Mouse Has A 8000Hz Polling Rate, Now Available In Malaysia

How far would you be willing to go to eliminate input lag on PC games? Razer is offering its Razer Viper gaming mouse with, currently, the highest polling rate mouse in the world at 8000Hz. It’s called the Razer Viper 8KHz.

For comparison, most gaming mice has a 1000Hz.

Polling rate is the rate the mouse input is being sent and received to the PC. A higher polling rate means more accurate mouse movements with less latency/lag/delay. So you can see smoother mouse tracking with less micro-stutters.

And unlike DPI settings, which is only useful if you know what you’re doing, improved polling rate benefits anyone regardless of a user’s skill level. So even newcomers can feel the difference, at least that’s what Razer is saying.

Other than the impressively overpowered polling rate, the Razer 8KHz has 2nd-gen Razer optical switches, weighs 71g, has eight programmable buttons and supports Razer Synapse 3 software.

The Razer Viper 8KHz gaming mouse is now on sale for RM399.
