The Razer Blade is a great premium gaming laptop (if you can afford one) and for 2021, it’ll get the usual spec refresh.
The new Razer Blade 15 and Razer Blade Pro 17 for 2021 will be powered by Nvidia’s new GeForce RTX 30 Series graphics card. But weirdly, only uses Intel’s 10th-gen Core CPUs (the latest is 11th-gen).
The 2021 Razer Blade laptops will have USB Type-C and HDMI 2.1 ports and also a UHS-III SD card reader. The keyboards uses Razer Chroma RGB (as you’d expect), and has front-facing speakers as well as THX Spatial Audio support on the audio side.
Higher-end variants of the Razer Blade 15 can opt for three kinds of displays: 1080p at a whopping 360Hz refresh rate, QHD (1440p) at 240Hz with Nvidia G-Sync, or go for quality with Ultra HD (4K) OLED at 60Hz. All at 15.6-inch size.
Meanwhile, the 17.3-inch Razer Blade Pro 17 can pick 1080p at 350Hz, 1440p at 165Hz or 4K at 120Hz displays.
Starting price for a new Razer Blade has now dropped to $1,699 USD (roughly RM6,871). It’s still expensive in Malaysian Ringgit, but that’s still an improvement over the RM8,999 starting price of existing Razer Blades (which you can now buy in Malaysia).

Pre-orders for the 2021 Razer Blade 15 and Razer Blade Pro 17 starts January 12 at Razer.com and Razer Store locations. The Razer Blade 15 will be available starting January 26, with the Razer Blade Pro 17 coming in Q1 2021.
