PlayStation has brought back a classic gem of a racing game from the original PlayStation to modern consoles. Jet Moto (or Jet Rider in Europe) was first released in 1996 by now-defunct developer SingleTrac, the same team that developed Twisted Metal. This is indeed a Sony first-party game.
Jet Moto has you race jet-powered hoverbikes around futuristic tracks in exotic locales. It’s also a game that featured product placements to emulate the aesthetic of motorsports, featuring brands like Mountain Dew and Butterfingers.
Speaking of, this PS1 emulation game playable on PS4 and PS5 should feature all the content of the original release, including the sponsor logos and cheats. But this time with trophy support for the trophy/achievement hunters out there.
Jet Moto is now available on PS4 and PS5. It can be purchased on its own for RM39 in Malaysia, and is also part of the PS Plus Classics collection available for PS Plus Premium/Deluxe subscribers.
