Porsche Plays Host To Their First Ever Asia Pacific Forza Esports Cup

Here’s something interesting for Sim Racers, Porsche Asia Pacific and Porsche Australia have come together with the Forza series to announced the first ever Porsche Asia Pacific Forza Cup.

Played on the highly underrated and much improved upon Forza Motorsport 7, this tournament will see sim racers taking part in three Rival Qualifying Races from the 29th of September till 18th October. Racing in tracks like Silverstone, Le Mans, Bathrust and the iconic Nürburgring Nordschleife.

All of this comes towards the Grand Finals on the 31st of October, where 16 finalist fight for the grand prize for the tournament: a chance to drive a real-life Porsche in Germany at the Porsche Experience Centre, Hockenheimring some time next year.

The list of Porsche cars that’s going to be used is also quite extensive, from the likes of the new Cayman GT4 Clubsport, the 918 Spyder, the 911 GT3 RS and of course, the Le Mans winning Porsche 919 Hybrid.

So for those interested, the online tournament is now open to players from the Asia Pacific region who hold an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account for PC or any Xbox console.
