A new update for open world racer The Crew 2 is now available. The first content update/expansion as promised in the roadmap, Gator Rush, adds in hovercrafts, a new vehicle class to race on sea and land.
Alongside that, there will be new race events for Hypercars, Touring Cars and Jetsprint classes, more Live Xtrem Series events and skills to do in the open world. A harder difficulty, Ace mode and a new Legendary tier of loot is also added alongside an abundant of fixes. You can read more in the patch notes here.
In addition, the full game can played right now for free this weekend on PC. It is only available via the Uplay client however. The free weekend should already be live right now and will last until October 1st, 4AM Malaysian time (+8 GMT).
